Refund policy

Our 60-day promise

Every GlucoVive purchase is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, request a refund of the product price within 60 days of your order date. We ask that you use it for at least 30 days first, but the choice is yours, and both opened and unopened bottles from your original order are eligible.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 (734) 555-0148 with your order number and the email used at checkout. We reply with a return address, and once your return is received we issue the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping and exceptions

Original and return shipping charges are not refundable, and return postage is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Authorized purchases only

The guarantee covers orders placed on buyglucovive.com. Products bought from marketplaces or other websites are outside the authorized channel and cannot be refunded here.
